Christmas Day

Merry Christmas

May the Lord bless you greatly this season as you celebrate and rejoice in His love. Christmas time is traditionally busy, stressful and filled with so many things and errands and preparations that it’s often hard to take a moment to reflect and to actually enjoy the season.

Let me encourage you to take time out regularly this Christmas season to sit quietly and reflect on the love that God has for you and your family. Take time to praise God together, to sing His glory and to rejoice in His goodness. Take time out regularly to simply be with God, basking in His love and faithfulness.

Make sure that this Christmas you and your family and your friends talk about and reflect on the real meaning of Christmas.

But even more so, make sure that you take the time to personally thank God for Christmas, for the greatest gift ever - the gift of His Son Jesus Christ. Take time to offer up praise and adoration and heartfelt thanks for this blessed gift.

Let your joy overflow this Christmas so that others may see Christ in you.

  1. Thanks Esa for all the work you do to give us the Word of God each day. I don't always use the web site for this but I have noticed that nobody leaves messages so I thought I would. Christmas Day for the Worralls was a gathering of the clan this year. We had opportunity to share relationship dynamics at one time in the afternoon and God was evident as we talked about personality types and the interaction that our family couples experience. It was an example of the bringing into the peace which only God can give. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Allelujah!
